A renowned strategist, futurist, founder, inventor and professor, he advises and keynotes for Fortune 100s, governments, and forums like WEF. He holds Professor of Practice appointments at UC BerkeleyHaas, UT Malaysia and Hult Int’l Business School. He leads Cambrian Futures and Cambrian Labs with networked outposts in Berkeley, Austin, Boston, Washington DC, Hamburg, Berlin, Dubai and Saigon. Olaf is first author of Solomon’s Code, The AI Generation, and award-winning The Great Remobilization: Strategies for a Smarter Global Future. He has 60+ articles to his name and is a frequent commentator in US, European and Asian media. Olaf serves on the AI Council of President Tokayev in Kazakhstan, the AI Office Advisory Commission of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim in Malaysia and has advised the Prime Minister’s Office in UAE and senior executives in global enterprises and private equity firms. He holds MALD and PhD degrees from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, MAIPS and BAIR degrees from the Middlebury Institute at Middlebury College, and attended Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and Georgetown University’s international trade program.
