Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 08 July 2025

ADIA Lab has published its first volume of Transactions of ADIA Lab, a peer-reviewed collection of interdisciplinary research that reflects ADIA Lab’s growing role as a global hub for applied science in artificial intelligence, computational finance, and digital innovation.

This inaugural volume showcases work by leading international researchers who apply advanced computational methods to address some of today’s most complex and high-stakes challenges - from climate modelling and financial system resilience to trustworthy AI and quantum-safe encryption.

Organized around four core themes: Computational Finance, Digital Economy, Advanced Computational Methods, and Trustworthy AI, the volume presents both theoretical and applied research. Highlights include a geometric framework for portfolio optimization, a systematic review of quantum computing’s policy implications, and new techniques for causally regularized A/B testing in digital environments.

“Transactions of ADIA Lab highlights the depth and diversity of the research community we have built through steady progress and continue to expand ,” said Dr. Horst Simon, Director of ADIA Lab. “This volume marks an academic milestone that reflects our commitment to advancing responsible, impactful science that bridges theory and real-world applications.”

The publication emphasizes ADIA Lab’s commitment to brining together global expertise and developing scalable and secure computational tools. It also underlines its partnerships with universities and scientific organizations worldwide, as well as its mission to support open, rigorous inquiry on issues that span disciplines and borders.
