ADIA Lab Summer School on Sustainable AI Heads to Shanghai!

In addition to our Summer School on Explainable AI in Granada, ADIA Lab is excited to launch a Summer School on Sustainable AI — taking place in Shanghai from July 21 to August 1, 2025, in collaboration with the Fields Centre for Sustainable Development as well as FeiShu.

This two-week program will bring together talented master’s students, PhD candidates, and researchers from around the world to explore how AI can be designed, developed, and deployed more sustainably — from technical methods to real-world impact.

While in Shanghai, participants will also have the opportunity to attend the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), taking place from July 26 to 28, 2025.

Expect a mix of expert lectures, hands-on sessions, collaborative projects, and unique networking opportunities in one of the world’s most dynamic tech hubs.
